How to Join

Joining Tulane Fraternities and Sororities

The Tulane University Greek Community participates in deferred recruitment, meaning entering first-time first semester freshmen may not join Tulane Fraternities and Sororities until they have completed at least 12 hours of coursework at Tulane University.

Entering first year students should check back at this location for information and dates of the formal recruitment process and NPHC informational sessions which will take place in January 2008.

During Freshmen Orientation and during Fall 2007, there will be a variety of events, informational session and meetings where students may sign-up for more information and meet current members of the Tulane Greek Community. Those events and dates will be listed here.

If you have specific questions about joining a Tulane Fraternity or Sorority, please feel free to contact one of the people below via e-mail.

Avery Williams, National Pan-Hellenic Vice President

Jacob Bolin, Director of Fraternity and Sorority Programs
