A variety of forms, policies and resources are listed below. Many of these policies are necessary for various activities and events, both on and off-campus. The policies contained on this page assist students and organization in event planning, programming, and the day to day management of their organization. The various resources include presentation, literature and links which may be useful in the education of chapter members, training and leadership transition. if you have any questions about any of the documents or if there is a useful document you do not see here, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Programs.

Special note: for events with alcohol, both the social event agreement form and the alcohol addendum (unless the event is held at a preferred vendor location) must be submitted at least three weeks in advance and must include all necessary documentation (guest list, names of responsible hosts, invitation, letter to neighbors etc.). It is strongly encouraged that the social chairperson and/or chapter president meet with the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Programs prior to submitting the paperwork to discuss the event, the necessary documents, and any special needs for your event. Please do not forget the contract routing form as well which needs to be placed on top of all other forms.
